Since 1960, JenFab has developed innovative technology for aqueous cleaning
systems. The company created the world’s first, fully automated, vertical agitation
parts washers, incorporating basket rotation both under solution and in a drying chamber.

By 1970, Jenfab was providing automated ultrasonic precision cleaning systems
for the automotive, aviation and bio-medical industries. Now, Jenfab offers the most extensive line of standard and custom automated spray cleaning, immersion cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning systems for virtually all central, cellular and inline cleaning
requirements. These include front load-unload, rotating basket, vertical agitation and
rotation, rotary drum, spray, belt, monorail, combination and modular lean
manufacturing systems.

Product Versatility
Jenfab’s comprehensive aqueous cleaning product line ranges from small-footprint
cellular washers, to large, in-line, fully automated vertical agitation and rotation or
spray-immersion washers. Parts can be processed continuously in-line, such as in
a rotary drum or conveyorized aqueous cleaning system, or in baskets, barrels, or
specialized fixtures designed to securely hold parts. A wide variety of cleaning action,
such as agitation, submerged spray impingement, turbulation, and ultrasonics,
can incorporate multiple stages, including Wash/Rinse/Rust-Inhibit/Dry or any
combination. Jenfab aqueous cleaning systems can also be equipped with a wide
variety of options, such as chip collection, chip removal, oil skimming or oil coalescing,
and high volume filtration. The result is 100% clean and dry parts, with higher
throughput than competing systems.
