Vernon Hills, IL - The new ANW-4100
is FUJI's latest in high output automated lathes, combining
front and back machining in one machine. This twin spindle lathe
is built for high efficiency when producing high-volume precision
parts at high speeds. The ANW-4100
is equipped with the FUJI MAX SP1 Controller that automatically
calculates fluid robotic motion, maximizing efficiency. Built-in
automation is provided with the FUJI 4-axis rack and pinion
swing arm robot. This FUJI robot features faster and smoother
simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back,
left and right of the traverse axis, and to achieve minimum
cycle times.
The ANW-4100 is a 3000 rpm twin spindle machine with 30 hp and
a 12-position turret.
